■ Full payment validates your order.

■ Cake fees once paid is non-refundable.

■Full payment made will be confirmed before your order will be processed.

■We strive to provide high-quality cakes. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24hours of receipt.

■Complaints regarding the products can be addressed via our order line 07089515141 or 08138261147, We will request for photos and videos or further details to assist with your issue.

■For the option of pick up, once the cake leaves the premises, the company is NOT liable for any indirect incidental or consequential damages that may arise during the process of delivery.

■In the case where we the cake company fails or forgets to deliver the order a 100% refund will be made to the client.

■In the cases where the product is damaged in transit to the venue under our care, the client will not be held responsible for any damages incurred, but we the cake company would take full responsibility and fix the cake back to its original state.

General Provisions

8.1. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Client and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
8.2. The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
